             “以外語為學科主體的精英型人文外語人才培養模式培養語言基礎扎實,人文素養濃厚,既具有批判性思辨能力、跨文化交際能力和創新實踐能力,又具有中國情懷、國際視野和社會責任感的可持續發展的精英型人文外語人才。      

             Training model for “Bilingual elites with humanistic knowledge”, which aims at training students into elites with the highly bilingual proficiency, the awareness of cross-cultural communication, the capacity to study in a research-based way and think critically. They are intended to become elites with language proficiency, thinking locally as well as globally, who will achieve sustainable personal development and be competent enough to work in diversified sectors.

             “以外語為學科特色的行業適應型外語人才培養模式培養具有扎實漢外雙語能力、知識結構多元、具有良好跨文化交際能力和雙語轉換能力,熟悉科技行業術語和國際商務知識及談判技巧等,擁有豐富科技翻譯和互聯網-電子商務翻譯實踐經驗、能熟練進行國際電子商務交流和業務的行業適應型特色外語人才。   

              Training model for “Bilingual elites for diversified sectors”, which aims at training students into elites with the highly bilingual proficiency, diversified knowledge system, good command of cross-cultural communication skills. Graduates of the program will have the capacity to study in a research-based way and think critically. They are intended to become elites with language proficiency, thinking locally as well as globally, who will achieve sustainable personal development and be competent enough to work in diversified sectors.

        促進學生差異化成才,突出拔尖人才培養:   

        Promote the differentiated development of students and focus on the training of outstanding talents:

        (1)全員育人: 以育人為本,以全面素質教育為主導,實施以“教授班導師+本科生成長導師+學業班主任+課程任課教師+輔導員+導生”為主體的綜合導師制,建立全員育人機制。(1) Full participation in education: taking talent training as basic orientation, and all-round quality education as guidance, implementing Comprehensive Mentoring Program based on “Professors as Class Supervisors + Undergraduate Development Supervisors + Academic Head Teachers + Course Instructors + Counselors + Junior Leaders”, and building the mechanism of full participation of the whole faculty in education.

        (2)優秀拔尖人才的培育激勵機制:組建學院“棟梁工程立人班”、 實施“外語菁英班工程計劃”,促進學生個性化成才,拓寬專業學生多樣化出口。                         

        (2) Training and incentive mechanism for outstanding talents: setting up school-level Liren Class under the Pillar Project and carrying out Training Program for Promising Students for students' individualized talent training, and diversifying their choices after graduation.

        研究生專業

        Postgraduate Degree Programs

        ●一級學科碩士點:外國語言文學

        The First-level Master's Degree Program: Foreign Languages and Literature

            外國語言文學一級學科外國語言學及應用語言學、認知神經語言學、英語文學、翻譯學、比較文學與跨文化研究、日語語言文學等研究方向。翻譯碩士專業學位點下設英語和日語兩個語種的筆譯和口譯方向。專業學位碩士點招收英語和日語兩個語種的筆譯和口譯方向的碩士生。1996年獲得外國語言學及應用語言學碩士學位授權點,1997年開始招生;2006年獲得英語語言文學碩士學位授權點,2007年開始招生;2011年3月獲得外國語言文學一級學科碩士學位授權點。2011年在外國語言文學一級學科中招收日語教育研究生。2010年申請獲批翻譯碩士專業學位授權點,2011年開始招生。目前,該學科擁有碩士生導師33名,教授10名,在高層次人才培養及學科學術研究中取得了豐碩成果。   

             The School has one First-level Master’s Degree Program in Foreign Language and Literature, covering research areas in (Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, Cognitive Neurolinguistics,  English Literature, Translation Studies, Comparative Literature and Cross-cultural Studies, Japanese Language and Literature). The professional Master’s Degree program, Master of Translation and Interpreting (MTI), admitting candidates in translation and interpreting of English-Chinese and Japanese-Chinese. In 1996, the Master’s Degree program in Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics was approved and students were admitted in 1997. In 2006, the Master’s Degree Program in English Language and Literature was set up and enrolled candidates in the following year. In March 2011, the program of Foreign Languages and Literature was granted as the First-level Master’s Degree Program and Japanese Education candidates came to be admitted in that fall. In 2010, SFL applied for the MTI program and enrolled candidates in the next year. Currently, the Program has 31 MA/MTI supervisors and 12 professors who have made fruitful achievements in high-level talent training and academic research.

        本學科碩士學位獲得者應具有相應的人文和科學的知識與理論素養:                

        Graduates under this program will be equipped with the practical and theoretical knowledge in humanities and sciences:

        1. 具有較強的邏輯抽象思維與創新思維,有較強的國際化視野和交叉學科的能力,具有良好的人際交流溝通能力和良好的社會責任感。                                                                                                    

        1. Good command of abstract logical thinking and creative thinking; excellent interdisciplinary skills and interpersonal communication skills; broad global vision and strong sense of social responsibility.

        2. 系統地掌握現代語言學基礎理論和研究方法,了解現代西方語言學的重要流派及其最新發展,能夠在導師指導下,在理論語言學、應用語言學或翻譯理論與實踐等領域進行創新性學術研究。             

        2. Fundamental and systematic theories and research approaches of modern linguistics; general knowledge of important schools of modern western linguistics and their latest developments; innovative academic research capability in theoretical linguistics, applied linguistics, translation theory and practice and other fields under the guidance of supervisors.

        3. 具備扎實的文學基礎知識,基本掌握文學批評理論和科學的研究方法;系統地了解外國文學史;系統研究外國文學各重要發展階段的特征及其代表作家和作品;了解國內外外國文學研究的最新成果;能夠在導師指導下,在文學批評理論、外國小說、詩歌、戲劇、文學翻譯等領域進行有一定新意的研究。                       

        3. Solid foundation of literature; fundamental knowledge of literary criticism theories and scientific research approaches; systematic comprehension of the history of foreign literature; systematic study of the significant stages of foreign literature, the representative writers and their works; the capability to follow and understand the latest achievements of foreign literature studies at home and abroad, and conduct some original studies in literary criticism theories, foreign novels, poetry, drama, literary translation and other fields under the guidance of supervisors.

        4. 能熟練掌握所學語言,并能應用第二外國語閱讀與本專業有關的資料,并具備一定的口、筆譯能力;能熟練運用計算機和互聯網進行科研工作;學位論文有新的見解和一定的理論意義及現實意義。  

        4. Proficiency in the languages learned and be capable to use the second language in reading materials related to the major; proper translation and interpreting abilities; skills of computer operation and Internet search for research work; new insights and theoretical and practical significance in master theses.

        5. 本學科畢業的研究生適合從事語言研究、外國文學研究、外語教學以及翻譯和跨文化交際和合作等方面的工作。
